1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Shift Runner (the iOS app and shiftrunner.pro), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the iOS app, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide a valid email address so you can recover access. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Shift Runner Pro
Some features require Shift Runner Pro, available in the iOS app as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Pro is linked to your Shift Runner account.
- Free trial: where offered, a subscription starts with a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and you are charged the subscription price.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
- Cancelling: manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or from Settings → Manage Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. If a purchase is refunded, Pro access is removed.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use automated means to overload it.
5. Not financial or tax advice
Shift Runner is a personal tracking tool. Figures and statistics are based on the data you enter and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for tax, payroll or legal purposes.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Shift Runner available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update features or these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shift Runner is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or earnings, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
